Use
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. All rigid materials, such as glass, earthenware, marble and stone should be avoided. Do not use your EVERCUT® knife on dishes that are fragile as they can be damaged.Unlike more fragile ceramic knives, EVERCUT® knives are suitable for all culinary preparations.Avoid heavy blows to the knife’s cutting edge as it may chip. Avoid contact with bones.
Cleaning
EVERCUT® knives are dishwasher safe.However, in order to preserve the appearance of your knife, it is advisable to wash it by hand with a damp sponge, wipe it dry and store it in its box.
