A high quality stainless steel
The flatware, which is in the Laguiole Evolution Cuir cutlery set, is made of robust stainless steel. Ergonomic and easy to handle, their ABS handles are light but sturdy and shock-resistant. It is available in 6 colours: taupe colour, slate grey, camel, brown, orange and linen. The full tang tempered stainless steel blades of these 4 knives benefit from a very high hardness and an outstanding cutting power.
