Made in France professional kitchen knives and items from the Brigade Forgé Premium range are manufactured in Thiers, in the workshops of TB Groupe, the leader in cutlery in France. Their stainless blade with a clean and precise edge is made from high quality steel, with 16% chromium. The range includes 7 knives. Paring knife, steak knife, kitchen knife 15 and 20cm, Santoku knife, chef's knife and a bread knife. The ergonomic handle of these 100% French knives is rigid and light, making them easy to hold. Personalization of the blade by laser marking is possible on many items in the Forgé Premium range.
